ebay standard envelopes
Are people having more issues with ebay standard envelopes recently. Had 15 not scanned mid-February. They started getting scanned three weeks later but several never got scanned and disappeared. A bunch early last week were not scanned. Customers are frustrated, makes me look bad. I ship everything next day (including Saturday's). This is very frustrating. Going to the local post office is useless, they do not understand the concept and want to argue that they are not trackable. Local PO's cannot "scan", it only happens at distribution centers so my first tracking hit is in Boston. Just frustrated. This is a very cost effective option, customers do not want to pay $5 or $6 shipping on a 5 or 10 dollar item. Not sure anybody can help, just voicing my frustration and seeing of others are having similar issues.
