ebay standard envelope tracking not updating
buyer received item but tracking didnt update at all. I have alot that isnt updating and already had to refund 2 buyers here recently. Anybody have a solution to this issue?

Mentor3 years agoThe ebay standard envelopes are "read" by the scanners at the sorting machines, so make sure the size and thickness meet the requirements. Then they are sent to your local post office for final delivery. That is why they show as DELIVERED several days before actually being delivered to the buyer.
