eBay Standard Envelope Shipping and Tracking
Hello eBay Seller's,
Is there anyone else out there having issues with the eBay Standard Envelope service and the Post Office not updating the tracking, status of delivery, and that the item has been delivered?
Once again we are having several disputes opened for items that the customers are stating not DELIVERED. The problem seems to have started sometime in June 2023 again.
If you are then please contact eBay and let them know you are having this issue. I have opened a ticket for the resolution but the more calls they receive may make the issue a priority to resolve. Thanks.
