Ebay Standard Envelope Shipments - Not Getting Paid
I'm selling trading cards and have been shipping via eBay Standard Envelopes. Since early January I've only been paid out for 2 of the 11 transactions due to their horrible tracking process. Customer are confirming they are receiving the product. It's just not getting scanned upon delivery. The only way I could get a hold of someone with eBay was over the phone last week (6 days ago) and was told they would look into it. I've not seen any activity or heard anything since. What are others doing that are shipping via the standard envelopes? Is there a better way of reaching out?

Mentor8 months agoThe ebay Standard Envelope is metered mail and is "read" by the high speed sorting machines in the hubs, which is why there are strict requirements as to size and flexibility. You can try tracking the envelope at any of these sites:
