eBay Standard Envelope rate grayed out as unavailable
Have been enjoying using the eBay Standard Envelope rate for tiny items like decals and patches because you get a tracking number. Today my buyer had paid that low rate and when I went to print the shipping label the option was not available. (The small envelope conformed to all size/weight regs so it was a costly surprise.) Is that rate no longer available? Thanks.

If this is for the vintage gulf oil patches, it was listed in a category not supported by eBay Standard Envelope. It would need to be listed in a "patches" category.
