eBay Standard Envelope Option Selectable, Not Available to Print
I posted a listing for 4 loose coins here
I was able to select eBay Standard Envelope shipping.
I sold one, but I couldn't print a label.
It's 2 oz, a standard #10 envelope, 4 loose coins.
Customer service said this isn't a valid category. But I was able to select it as a shipping option... I can't find a list of valid categories. Even the terms and conditions don't list them. As best I can see, this didn't fit into the excluded items like Mint Sets, Rolls, ect. But support said I had to list them in a single coin category.
Has anyone else run into this?
Thanks.
