Ebay standard envelope option
Hi,
I have a customer who has paid for ebay standard envelope shipping. But when I go to print out their shipping label, it's charging me $3.96 rather than $.69 for a 1 oz package that's within the ebay standard envelope requirements. It's odd that I was able to offer that price during the listing, but now it's not letting me keep that price as the final shipping cost. Can someone help me understand this problem?

Mentor2 years ago@myoldandnewfinds76 The buyer can only chose the shipping method you offered on the listing.
Since the card sold for more than $20 it no longer qualifies for eBay Standard Envelope.
You're going to have to use some of your profit that you made to ship the card using ground advantage.

OP2 years agoOhhh, the price never occurred to me to be the culprit. Thank you so much for clarifying that!
