Ebay Standard Envelope not an Option?

Hi! I would like to list a decal for sale that weighs less than 2 ounces and fits in a standard envelope. But that option does not appear when I get to that part. The decal is of a Boeing Globemaster C-17. Would this qualify as a "stamp"?

Because "decals" can come in any size, that category is not well suited to eBay Envelope. The envelope is currently only available in selected categories where all items in that category will fit in an envelope.

You can certainly use the "tell us what you think" or the floating "Feedback" icon to let eBay know that you would like the "decals" category split by size so that eBay Envelope can be a viable option.
