eBay standard envelope label issue

I had printer troubles and need to cancel an eBay standard envelope label. I understand that I can't cancel eBay standard envelope labels, but this was beyond my control. How can this be achieved?

@we-518491 I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you are out the money to cancel the label. eBay standard envelope is the one shipping type that you can not get a refund on the label for.

Don't select Get another label or you are paying for a new label
