Ebay Standard Envelope doesn't show
On the Ship Your Order page the option for eBay Standard Envelope does not appear; only Ground Advantage. Setting up the auction it allowed me to select Standard Envelope so that is what the buyer paid for. And standard envelope shows up on the Ship Your Order Page as selected by the buyer. But the payment defaults to Ground Advantage and I can't change it.

Yes category could be the problem.
I assumed it was the subway token which should work, but the category chosen "collectibles>Transportation > subways"
*may* not allow ESE.
Coins and Money ... Transit Tokens should allow it.
If you can't get the ESE to print you have 3 choices
1) Ship Ground Advantage which will be roughly $4
2) Ship using a plain white envelope for 1-2 stamps. You won't have tracking
3) If the buyer is willing, cancel the sale for problem with address, relist the item as a fixed price in the correct category, with ESE and then have the buyer purchase the item again.
I'd suggest #1 just ship it, because it's a lot of effort or risk on 2 or 3

OP1 year agoGround Advantage costs too much for the value of the item. I'm going to risk first class postage.
But it is annoying; if the chosen category doesn't match the criterion then the selling page should not allow the Standard Envelope to be selected. I thought it was OK to offer Standard Envelope because the selling page allowed it to be selected.
This should be logged as a bug.

eBay unfortunately allows sellers to select eBay Standard Envelope in categories that don't offer this shipping method. This special metered mail shipping method is only for items in these categories that are $20 or less and 3 oz or less

Change your envelope size to 6x4x1 and see if that helps
- Weight up to 3 oz.
- Envelope Size - 6x4x1 to 11x6x1 (use 1" even though it is thin)
