eBay standard envelope
Has anyone else had a ridiculously high number of INR requests where you’re stuck with no option but to refund because the eBay standard envelope system is absolutely awful? How is a buyer being protected when the tracking is spotty AT BEST. I’d say 90% of my sales that shipped ESE were never marked delivered. I rely solely on the hope that people will be honest about their items. And to be clear, I don’t always use ESE, I use ground advantage when the sale amount goes over a certain point. I bet I’m out 5-10% of my product just based on refund requests through ESE.

You have insurance for that
For a lost eBay Standard Envelope sale, file a claim here
https://www.pip-claim.com/PIPClaim/eBayIntClaim/CreateeBayClaim
You'll need to wait 30 days to file a claim. Claims must be filed no later than 90 days from the date the shipping label was created.
