Ebay Standard envelope
I have economy shipping in my listing and I had a sale for one card $2.00 card the other day. The Ebay Standard Envelope was unavailable to select. It told me the size ,weight etc did not qualify. Anybody know whats up with that. I ended up sending PWE and $1.03 non-machinable postage at the Post Office.
