eBay standard envelope
The post office is not honoring the eBay standard envelope rates. They have been classifying it as a package and charging customers postage due which infuriates them. All my mailings meet all the guidelines to the letter. Does eBay do anything about this issue?

Is it your local post office that is not accepting the eBay Standard Envelope or is it the Buyer's post office? On the eBay Standard Envelope page is a feedback form. I would use that form to provide feedback to eBay about this issue. On that form is a spot to include your email to have eBay contact you. I hope that helps.
