eBay Standard Delivery :-
Hi & Good Afternoon eBay Community ~
I just received delivery confirmation of the items I purchased, which were shipped via eBay Standard Delivery. Unfortunately, upon checking my mailbox, just under 2 hours of receiving the confirmation, the items were not there. Any way we can contact an eBay (live) customer service agent for a refund? I did also inform the seller of what happened. Hoping to really get the items, but if they cannot be located, would like to get a refund from eBay (and not the seller) for both me and the seller (as seller is now out of the 6 items I purchased). Thank you!

Mentor8 months ago@loverunsfree eBay Standard Envelope is a Metered Mail shipping method and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment. You can't look it up on the USPS site like regular tracking you have to use this tracking tool> https://www.trackmyshipment.co/
This means that the items show delivery when scanned by the equipment a few days or so before actual delivery. I understand that this is confusing since it's so different from regular tracking where the postal carrier scans the item at time of delivery.
Talking to an agent will not help with this.
Just give it a few more days to show up.

Mentor8 months ago@loverunsfree. It shows delivered when it's scanned at the closest sorting center with equipment to read the bar code. This may not be your local post office.
