Ebay Sport Card Standard Envelope Tracking
After a 20 minute conversation today with our local post master. They clearly told me that the tracking system for ebay standard envelope process is not valid with them . They said that they have no way to track or follow the cards that are shipped. The postmaster said that they do not understand how the tracking works, or how cards are showing scanned or delivered, but they pretty much treat it as a first class piece of mail, and they are not scanning it., Does anyone have any in site on this matter.

Mentor2 years ago@518shopping eBay standard envelope shipping is METERED mail and ONLY the sorting equipment can read it. If it is scan by the equipment you can check tracking here> https://www.trackmyshipment.co/
If you don't package the card to meet the metered mail requirements then it won't be read by the equipment, you might even have a postage due on delivery for being non machinable OR returned to sender postage due.
A high volume sports card seller said he wraps three sheets of white paper around the cards to protect them and help the envelope move through the system better.
I recommend this post by a fellow mentor that has screen shots and packaging tips>
