eBay splitting combined purchases.
I have had many purchase from buyers that have put multiple items in their cart and made one combined purchase but it ends up being split by eBay into multiple purchases. I have contacted eBay several times and All I get is "we will look into it". I have statements from many of the buyers stating that they paid for all items in one payment. This appears that this is computer generated in order for eBay to get multiple transaction fees and I have questioned this several time but no results. I'm tired of this plus other things that eBay does to us sellers and I'm getting close to taking legal action. Please let me know if this has happened to you.
