If you could provided more details about the transaction(s), we could advise you.
Edited to add: If this was for the Hallmark Keepsake ornaments, you listed them as selling a quantity of 2.

If you do not have an additional set to sell, you will need to cancel one of the transactions due to "out of stock", resulting in a defect on your selling account.
