ebay sold listings research-what happened?
When I am getting ready to list an item that is new to me, for years I have went to "completed items" and looked at the sold listings for information on pricing. I have also clicked on the items that have sold for the highest prices so as to structure my listing in a similar fashion and save time.
But now, when I click on a completed listing it now longer shows me that listing. Instead, I get a page that says "we found something similar" and shows me a "live" listing. The sold listing that I tried to view is nowhere to be found. Totally useless.
I know I'm not the only one that uses this method for listing items. Does ebay have no idea how it's sellers use the platform? I am so frustrated with the constant changes that end up being detrimental and make my job as a seller more difficult.

Mentor3 years agoYou might try a different browser - I only get this using Safari on my iPad. Using Firefox on my desktop I get the regular search.
You could also try using the research tools - then you can see up to 2 years of sold history -
