Ebay sold items while sales paused on Away mode.
Before I left for Europe on vacation I set my store to away mode and specified pause sales starting 8/31 and ending 9/23. On 9/9 eBay sold two items. Not auction or offers. I double checked to make sure it was set to halt sales rather than the extended shipping time. They were set correctly. I have been on ebay 25+ years and never experienced this before. Has anyone else seen this?

You may want to change the shipping format or the handling times on these items while on time away."
If NONE of those reasons apply then I recommend contacting customer service this way.
While it's not exactly in regards to your payout this path is a way to get past the bots.
Contact Customer service
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
