Ebay site not updating delivery status
Ebay is showing item is not delivered yet and taking longer than expected. When i track the package to buyer it shows delivered on
July 11th and they already gave me positive feedback. I cant get my funds until its been delivered. Any help is appreciated in how to get it to update to delivered so i can cash out my payment.

You are an infrequent Seller with 23 total items sold on an 18 1/2 year old account. Regardless of delivery confirmation or Buyer Feedback your funds can be held for up to 31 days. You can read about that here: Transaction holds | eBay
If you purchase your labels through eBay here are some benefits:
-Tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold item
-You can purchase labels for all services except USPS Media Mail at a discount.
-You get the following Seller protection if you meet the listed criteria: If the following criteria is met eBay will reimburse you if the package is eventually delivered after you have refunded a Buyer through an eBay claim that they did not receive their package AND delivery is confirmed through tracking on eBay. eBay launched this new Seller protection in late 2025.
1. Seller prints the shipping label through eBay
2. Seller ships and gets a carrier scan within their Handling time
3. Buyer files a claim through eBay that they did not receive their package AND the Seller refunds the Buyer through the eBay claim
4. The package is delivered later and after the Buyer has been refunded, eBay tracking confirms the delivery
-If you purchase labels outside eBay you have to make sure tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold item for your protection.
-If you file a missing mail piece with the carrier sometimes that can shake tracking loose and updated to eBay

Did you buy a shipping label on eBay or was it a 3rd party label? If 3rd party, please verify the tracking number is correct.
Refresh the screen, often that will change the status of delivery.
The funds will be released to you, even if tracking doesn't update. Usually at 30-60 days.
