EBAY SIDED W A BAD BUYER AND THE DID IT AGAIN
i SOLD A "NOT WORKING FOR PARTS ONLY" electric breaker to a man.. He wanted HIs shipper to pick it up.. I packaged it well {per his instructions} took pictures of whole process sent them to him.. Took pictures of it being loaded on his truck,,, sent them to him... he got it ,, said it was Damaged in shipment... I said to him , file a claim w/ your shipper. He would not. he ask ebay to return his money. they took it out of my account. I appealed ,, they sided w him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ebay refuses to take my calls. Help!

Local pickups need to be paid in CASH to avoid these situations. I’m so sorry this happened. I don’t know any way to get your money or item returned at this point.
You can try contacting eBay on Facebook or Twitter. They have the most helpful/experienced agents there.
