Ebay shows an order, but when I push "Respond," it says I have no requests.
Again, I have a buyer but I can't sell because Ebay tells me I have no offers even after showing me his offer which I want to respond to positively.

Mentor2 years agoIf the offer has expired, the item has since been relisted, or if the user is no longer registered, you will not be able to accept the offer.

OP2 years agoI finally got it figured out. I had two accounts and was using the wrong one (which I had just cancelled but was still partially functioning. I reinstated the account with the frustrated buyer.

I will add "signed in to different eBay account" to my list of reasons why an offer link might not work.
