eBay should get rid of NO RETURNS option for sellers
I've got some suggestions to change for the better. I demand eBay change the policy and get rid of the NO RETURNS option for sellers, I would feel better. Please do the right thing?

If your purchased item is faulty, doesn't match the description, your seller has to accept your return request.
If they don't cooperate and send you a return label, you can ask eBay to step in.
