EBay shipping/routing insanity
I’m in Canada. I buy an item from Douglas Arizona US. At the time of purchase shipping a customs charges were paid.
now eBay is sending me, through DHL, charges from DHL Germany.
cant find a way to contact a person and the AI “assistant†is quite overt in its evasiveness regarding errors in shipping and dealing with mistaken charges.
how does one go about resolving these sorts of things? Right now it looks like the business I work for will never again attempt to go through eBay to source items or its sellers(because it’s up to me).
