Ebay shipping will not complete my label - repeatedly says it cannot complete my request, try later
I've tried repeatedly to ship an order today and keep getting an error message saying it cannot be completed. I looked at All Activity on my account and it shows them taking the funds for a label, then "voiding" the label and returning funds, then taking funds again for label, then "voiding" label again and returning the funds. Customer service "call back" isn't coming either, we're well outside of the time they stated a call would come through.
I've tried using "bulk" even though it's just one label - I get same message. And I've tried on my PC as well as the app on IOS.
Is anyone else having trouble today? Any suggestions? I've obviously GOT to ship this order to stay a good seller! Thanks
