eBay shipping supplies coupons

Question

I used to regularly receive eBay shipping supply coupons but have not in several months. I have a Store and Top Ratings. Does eBay still issue the coupons and if so how can I contact them. The Assistant just takes me in circles and does not provide an answer.

@mauiiangel You should be receive a coupon once per quarter. Don't count on eBay to remind you about it though, I remember back when I had a store they stopped sending out emails about your supply coupon, this was about 6 years ago though.

You can click on the "get this deal" button on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/ebay-for-business/subscriber-discounts

There's probably a shorter way to get to the subscriber discounts page but I don't currently have a store to be able to provide quicker directions.
