Mentor2 years agoUSPS tends to raise their rates twice a year and the other carriers do this once a year with a holiday surcharge for November and December. eBay does not control what the shipping carriers charge only any discounts they can get out of the carrier.

·2 years agoUSPS (and the other carriers) have all raised their rates to astonishing heights this year. I don’t speak for all sellers, but I try to keep costs as low as I can for my customers. However, I’m here to make money, not lose it, so I have to charge whatever it costs.
