eBay shipping policy
I purchased an item, and as the payment was processing I noticed it was being shipped to my old address. I immediately messaged the seller and informed them the address was incorrect and gave them the updated address. The seller said that it is against eBay policy to ship to a different address. I looked through the policy and saw nothing about it. Is the seller comment accurate?

The seller is correct. They are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay at the time you made your payment. If they ship to an alternate address, they lose all seller protection and a buyer could file an Item Not Received dispute and win since the seller did not ship to the shipping address Ebay provided.
