ebay shipping.. not USPS
Hello, as someone who buys on here constantly what is the deal with this new "eBay shipping" I am seeing when I purchase items. I understand it's eBay's method of shipping but almost every item I have ordered and has used that method of shipping I am still waiting on or have had to put I have not received it yet.
I have one order that says my item has been "Origin Processing" at Cincinnati which is 20 minutes from my house, since January 3rd. Item was supposed to been delivered by the 15th. No updates on the tracking or anything as far as there being hope it would be delivered. I have now noticed any time I order an item and it uses that method of shipping it has been a horrible process and makes no sense!
I've had many orders since that I've placed that were shipped USPS and I've received all of those timely and with great updates. I do know it says on eBay shipping that there is minimal updates, I understand but for items to just sit for days at certain locations while ordering others and they arrive quickly and with no problems is very frustrating as a buyer. I know it says that eBay shipping uses the USPS system but this is just ridiculous! I've spent a lot of money lately and all I see is it sitting at the same locations for over 2 weeks now.
eBay would you please look into this and do better with the logistics of this process!
