eBay shipping malfunction
I purchased an eBay QR code for shipping my package and dropped it off at a Walgrens ship center in Mishawaka Indiana for delivery by FedEx Economy to the buyer in Iowa. The shipping process malfunctioned and eBay tracking now shows the package was picked up by the buyer at a Walgrens in Iowa before the package even left Indiana. The package was supposed to be delivered to the buyers home, not another Walgrens. To make sure the buyer received his purchase I bought another shipping label directly from FedEx and shipped the package myself. How do I get a refund from eBay for their malfunctioning QR code shipment ? eBay sent a message confirming the malfunction of the QR code shipment but I haven't heard anything else from them.
