ebay shipping labels rejected by USPS office.
I live overseas with an APO address. The eBay shipping label (customs form) I printed doesn't work at USPS. It indicates hazardous content, while the description is a pair of clogs for a BJD doll and a necklace. These are items I've been selling for a while without any issues. One package passed, but my USPS clerk rejected this one.

How can I resolve this issue without paying for another shipping label?
Note: It says it was shipped, but it's not. As soon as I pay the label, it says shipped.
