Ebay Shipping Labels
Have been away from Ebay for a while and only recently returned to sell items. Buyer pays shipping which is estimated. Yesterday's sell had a "Print Shipping Label" option, and I foolishly selected this thinking that it would take me to the page to enter exact package weight and dimensions. Instead, I was immediately given a label based upon the estimates in the original listing. (The estimate was more than actual, so not an issue there.) I have another sell this morning with only the "Print Shipping Label" option as if the label is already prepared. Obviously, this is user error as I've presumably entered something in setting up the listing that's causing this. But I don't know what. Can someone enlighten me? Many thanks.
