eBay Shipping label refund, package shipped with USPS label for higher insurance

Question

I had purchased a shipping label from eBay but when i went to ship my package I had to buy a shipping label from USPS in order to insure the package at an amount higher than $100. How do I get my shipping label refunded. Who would I contact? Any help would be very much appreciated!

From Seller Hub, click on â€œordersâ€ then, from the dropdown, choose â€œshipping labels.â€

Find the label and from the dropdown on the left choose â€œcancel labelâ€ then pick a reason on the next screen and submit.

As long as the label in question has not been scanned, you should see a refund in a couple of weeks.

If it was scanned, USPS will consider the label used and will not refund.

I
