eBay shipping label (QR code ) generated without weight and denied at USPS counter
Hello, I had issues with eBay shipping label today.
I don’t have a printer so I always go to USPS counter, show the prepaid QR code, and things have been fine until today.
I am sending a heavy item (14 pounds) to a buyer 7 zones away with ground advantage. The lady at the USPS counter denied the prepaid QR code, because it generated a shipping label without displaying weight. It only showed 0.4 cubic. I am really puzzled. Was it because the USPS scanner not configured correctly? Or maybe because I used my IPad to purchase the label and the browser (chrome) had a weird glitch?Anyone had similar experience? Eventually the lady called a supervisor who accepted the package, but it a was very unpleasant experience.
