Ebay shipping issues
Ebay gives you the option to charge customers first class postage on items under 13 oz. but after someone purchases it and pays that way it does not give me that option to ship it this way. I have also experienced this problem when checking media mail. How do I honor what the customer payed for the only option I am getting to ship the item is USPS ground advantage which is 3.00 more then the customer paid,

Mentor2 years agoIf you want to send first class, you use stamps and hand write the envelope, or you pay at the PO. There is no tracking on these services, so there is no label to print.
A letter can not be more than 1/4" thick, a flat 3/4" thick. Both must be flexible and evenly flat - no bumps or lumps.
To use media mail, your item must be listed in a media category. If you sell a book that you list in crafts for example, you wont be able to print a medial mail label.
