eBay Shipping Fees through Card Dealer Pro

Hoping someone can help me out here. I recently started selling sports cards with card dealer pro. Originally I was taking photos and posting direct through EBay, which was taking a tremendous amount of time. When I was posting directly through EBay, buyer was paying 100% of the shipping fees. Since I started using Card Dealer Pro, that is no longer the case. For example, if I sell a base card for $1, I’m paying a shipping fee of $.78, only making $.22 on the card. How to I ensure the buyer is paying all shipping fees to ensure I am still being profitable?

I am not familiar with the app Card Dealer Pro. Do they have customer service to ask?
If not, a work-around would be to increase your base price to $2.00 with free shipping.
