eBay shipping cards missing frequently lately
What is the deal with eBay shipping labels $1.35 , it seems like the only affordable way to send cheap cards. Now I am getting multiple people saying they did not receive those items when the last post office is their home town. Why won’t eBay take the final step and confirm drop
off? It’s impossible to know if it was stolen or if a buyer actually has the item. I give the buyer the benefit of the doubt of course , and have to refund it, but it’s happening with more frequency and I’m wondering if is a scam . They get the card and the refund. I suppose I will have to stop selling under $10 items. Any thoughts? Is this a problem for others? I would rather not shut it down, but it’s looking that way.
