Why would this be so? Anyone else seeing this issue?
I entered the same package weight (1 lb., 14 oz.) and dimensions (15.3" x 8" x 14.3") in both tools and got the following results (USPS ranges based on Zip Codes in my Zone 1 to Zone 9):
USPS Ground Advantage - eBay range: $13.90-$34.55 USPS.com range: $8.50-$14.90
USPS Priority Mail - eBay range: $15.95-$53.15 USPS.com range: $9.80-$17.05
