Ebay Shipping

Question

I'm very leery about eBay shipping. I used to make a sale, package the item, then enter the weight and package dimensions and choose a shipping option/cost. Now eBay is coming up with a price, charging the customer and collecting the money without this information, or with crude estimates that I enter initially. How can I be sure what a customer is paying, before I have a chance to find out what the cost will actually be, is an accurate amount, and won't cause me a problem later on?

Enter the shipping box dimensions and weight correctly.

Double check that your â€œship fromâ€ address is correct (with correct zip code).

If all these data points are correct, the eBay shipping calculator will be accurate.
