Ebay shipped partial order won't respond to my requests
Does anyone have a phone number so I can call them or at least access to a remote advisor?

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you did not receive what you paid for, you have Buyer Protection for 30 days after delivery. It is recommended you contact the Seller first to give them a chance to make things right. You may need to open an Item Not as Described case, since the order was not complete.
Do not open an Item Not Received case, because tracking will show something was delivered and the case will be closed.

If you go to your Purchase History, the individual Seller's contact information should be there.
