eBay shenanigans
I posted AirPods yesterday and my listing was pulled. They claim they’re counterfeit and my account of 22 years can be affected. There was no notification to this action other than a message that I had to look for. I’m the message they showed my listing less the photos. I was able to speak with someone at eBay by lying and saying my account was hacked and money was stolen otherwise they connect you to artificial intelligence. Apparently what eBay didn’t know was that I checked with apple prior to posting on eBay. Apple gave me a site to verify product authentication and time left on a warranty. I took a screen shot of this site showing my AirPods were legitimate and included it with my listing. I even ststed in the description they had a warranty. After speaking with one representative he did a quick search and saw they were in fact legitimate and now had to connect me to the proper department that initially pulled the listing. Couldn’t that department do the same quick check?
has anyone else noticed eBay pulling shenanigans? If I didn’t know better, I’d think Joe Biden was running eBay.
