so i sent a package that weighed 3 pounds. they charged me for 31 pounds. they took the money. i called on two separate occasions and was told they were fixing mess up and refunding around 100.00 to my account and in the mean time i continued selling items inwhich they kept all the money to fix negative from their mess up on my account. I called today just to be told they weren't repaying me and I needed to file a report myself. They had been lying to me the entire time. now they wont even talk to me. Just keep saying no one is available. Im mad and dont know what to go
