eBay sent me a suspected buyer message, but never cancelled the order. Should I just cancel it?
eBay sent me a suspected buyer message about an item I sold and the message stated they cancelled the order because the user was no longer registered on eBay. However, the order still is there. I was instructed not to contact the bidder. But also not to ship the item. Should I just cancel the order and refund the purchase?
I spent an hour trying to get the ebay CHAT thingy to work, just kept going around in circles.
