Ebay sent 1 label for shipping two item but charged my seller when I refunded buyer and ship 1 only
As a seller I never got a combined shipping label from Ebay. I realized that the two items this buyer wanted could only be shipped separately. I sent one item and canceled the shipping label to make separate. The item I sent was $62.26 including shipping which was $8. eBay charged me $50 for transaction and ad fees for both and shipping -$29.56 so I made $12.62 on an item that was $62.26. I tried to use the chat to explain to live agent that I reimbursed 30.28 on original order that was $92.54 for both. So it cost me money to
