Ebay Selling Price Bug when applying discount!
Hi Team,
We have an item (with multiple variations) being sold in our store. When we create a discount and select the item for discount the price displayed on our item is misleading and thus causing confusion unless buyer adds the item to cart to see true discount.
For example, we are selling a chain with 16-20Inch variations. 16Inch chain is 47.99$ whereas 20Inch chain is 79.99$. Without the discount when a buyer or anyone selects the chain variations from dropdown the respective price is displayed immediately, however the moment we apply discount (say 15%), the default price displayed on UI is 47.99 which gets crossed out and new price is displayed as 68$ which is 15% off from 79.99$ which is misleading as it says price was 47.99$ and now its 68.85$.. thats misleading that after 15%off the 47.99 is now, 71.99?
I checked other sellers but their price display is correct along with discount and shows was price as 79.99$ and now 68.85$ after discount...whereas for us its not working.
Can anyone advise, what could be the reason?
