Ebay is only a marketplace. They do not sell products.
Have you contacted the Seller? If this item was delivered 30 days or less ago, you would be protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.
Once you contact the Seller, if they cannot resolve the issue, then open an Item Not as Described return request on eBay. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund. If they don't, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Don't let the Seller convince you to close your request.
