eBay selling account permanently restricted

My eBay selling account was permanently restricted and I canâ€™t for the life of me figure out why. Is there a number I can call to talk to a human? This has been quite frustrating.

Received the below message but without any specifics.

I'm sorry, but the eBay reps are not allowed to discuss why this decision was made.

So, you only can ask if there is anything you can do to lift the restriction.
