eBay sellers listing items for sale they don't actually have in inventory
Becoming frustrated buying new clothing items in particular from sellers who don't update their inventory to reflect what they actually have in stock to sell. They then ship something they think is close enough whether that be color, size, style, etc. Then offer something like a 20% refund to try to entice you to keep the wrong item.
