eBay seller threads and wires
I attempted to buy item 144987258552 in a buy it now action. When using the buy it now button, I was blocked, and unsure as to why. I checked with eBay who confirmed I was in good standing and after reviewing the account could see no reason for the issue. They advised me to create a new account and purchase. I did this and successfully bought and paid for the item (embow6) . The seller canceled the order and refunded my money. Again I complained to eBay. Again they said it should be no issue and advised me to have someone purchase this item for me. I did this (my father in law- david root) who purchased the item when it was relisted- last Sunday the 12th. Again, the seller canceled the order and refunded the money. Again I contacted eBay. The apologized and invited me to file a complaint which I did. I have not heard back from anyone on this matter. Do I have any recourse?

Mentor3 years agoIf the same seller has cancelled 3 orders in a row, they won't be around much longer. They get a defect every time and too many will get them suspended. As for why, I have no idea. It probably isn't you or your account. Sounds like they are out of stock. Find another seller would be my best advice to you.
