How can I get my money back from a seller who sold me counterfeit Apple AirPods?

Ebay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, so you can file a Return Request:

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match description". Attach a photo if required.
IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

Many thanks for your advice and support. Unfortunately, the product was discovered to be fraudulent until after the 30-day window. Any options besides the 30 days? The seller is still offering these same units to the unsuspecting public.

You can try to go through the funding source you used to pay for the item to get a refund.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

Many thanks for your advice and support. Unfortunately, the product was discovered to be fraudulent until after the 30-day window. We took the Apple AirPods to an official store for repairs, and it was only then that we were told the serial number was a known counterfeit. Any options besides the 30 days? The seller is still offering these same units to the unsuspecting public.
